Blank Page instead of Email
If a blank page is displayed when a Notification is saved, Protected Mode may need to be enabled.
To enable Protected Mode for the current zone in Internet Explorer 10:
Go to Tools | Internet Options | Security.
Check the Enable Protected Mode box.
Click OK and close all instances of Internet Explorer.
Retry by adding a comment to a Notification.
Default Mail Provider
When a Notification email is created, it will be created and displayed using the local machine's default email. To view and/or change the default email program:
Go to the Control Panel | Programs | Default Programs.
Select Set your default programs.
Select your default mail provider, e.g. Microsoft Office Outlook.
Click Choose defaults for this program to view the current settings.
The MAILTO Protocol setting determines the program used to create and send Notification emails. If it is not checked, you may wish to select it. If you're not sure which program to use, contact your system administrator for assistance.
