Welcome to the ComVida Employee Management System

ComVida is very pleased to welcome you to the Employee Management System (EMS).  ComVida EMS is a Web-based application that's intuitive, easy to use and provides seamless transfer of information between Human Resources, Staff Scheduling and Payroll.

EMS is organized into three distinct areas:  

• The Human Resources application includes everything you'll need to manage all of your employee information. 

• Payroll simplifies the process of calculating and producing employee payments. 

• Staff Scheduling provides a variety of tools and reports for managing staffing levels and employee assignments.  

System configuration is managed in the Enterprise Settings module and operator security and system access is managed in the Security module.

This Help file contains Tips and Procedures for all of these areas as well as answers to common questions.  It will be expanded and enhanced on a on-going basis.  For detailed Help on specific pages and tools, refer to the documents available in the Help menu within EMS.
